30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. exchange.

Return Shipping Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included inside your package. Please use this label when sending your item back.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.

Refund Approval Notification

After inspection, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

✅ Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

💳 Most refunds appear in your account within 3 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns We Do Not Accept

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must meet return eligibility requirements. We may reject returns for the following reasons:

  • Products not purchased from DieselDiagnostic.ca
  • Missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels
  • Missing model/part number labels or warranty labels
  • Missing original packaging or accessories (manuals, cables, etc.)
  • UPC codes removed from packaging
  • Physical damage (cracks, broken ports, bent components, etc.)
  • Items that appear tampered with, customized, or altered
  • Items returned with markings, writing, or damage to the original box

Used Items & Exchanges

We accept returns for used items, as long as the product is returned in acceptable condition.

We also offer exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for inspection and testing. Once evaluated, we will provide the best available replacement or solution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (refund posting may take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)
